At Penelope Lou, we have 14-day return policy on our premium silk pillowcases. All items must be return in their original and
brand-new state of purchased. Pillowcases must be unused, not washed, or tampered with. Since our premium momme silk cases are extremely delicate in nature, to maintain their quality, it is imperative that you carefully follow the CARE instructions included in the packaging. If care instructions are NOT followed directly, your silk case can be ruined. If taken care of properly, your CurlLay™ pillowcase will last for years to come.

Due to the nature and customization of our candles and accessories, all sales are deemed final. Please note, candles come with detailed care instructions for maintaining their quality and burn time life. When those instructions are your candles will last.
However, if for some reason that any of your items arrive damaged, please take a snapshot immediately and submit photos to: connect@penelopelouandco.com and a client services team member will assist with processing your return. In the instance your candle arrives damage, you may return the candle(s) within 7 days of purchase for a full refund minus shipping costs.
